I admit I’m a skeptic! I have my own fears about the future of cyber-security, software effectiveness and accelerated computerization of our world.

And this event seems to agree with me: Hitomi, one of the most important Japanese satellites has been declared lost after it disintegrated in orbit, immediately after it has received a software update.
